Refund & Cancellation

Soubhik Mridha believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or work has begun.

Soubhik Mridha does not accept cancellation requests for services that involve custom content writing, SEO work, or any digital product that has already been delivered. However, refunds or revisions may be considered if the customer establishes that the delivered content is not up to the agreed quality standards.

In case of receipt of defective or unsatisfactory work, please report the issue to our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. The request will be entertained once the complaint has been reviewed. If the content does not match the agreed-upon requirements, necessary corrections or partial refunds may be considered.

If the service provided includes a warranty or revision policy, clients are encouraged to first utilize the revision options before requesting a refund.

Any refunds approved by Soubhik Mridha will take 3-5 business days to process and will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
